Kaan Gude joined the ROI Enterprise team in early 2014. With bachelor degrees in commerce and economics, he has a data driven mind that is hungry for numbers and analysis. Kaan manages Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising accounts for a vast range of ROI.com.au clients. Away from work, Kaan is a passionate basketball player and always enjoys a catch up with friends in the sun.
With a background in Website Development and Multimedia, Matt Simpson joined ROI in 2010 as a Web Designer before working his way up to become our Web Design Manager. Matt and his team specialize in conversion based design and tailoring their work towards specific areas of opportunity and growth for our clients’ needs. Matt’s days are also spent identifying gaps and weaknesses in the digital space and working towards creating solutions to capitalize on these areas.
We'd like to introduce you to our new Digital Marketing Specialist- Simon Cockroft. Simon joins roi.com.au after spending two years in London working in online marketing. Before that, he worked with small start ups in his home country of New Zealand. In his free time Simon is a mad sports watcher, especially cricket. He also enjoys listening to some good rock music. Marina Khazinsky works on Keywords at roi.com.au, having recently studied a Bachelor of Arts and Business. Marina previously undertook work in the advertising industry. When she's not doing Keywords at work, Marina likes to visit art galleries and exhibitions, read and go out with her friends.
Levi Fedley is a recent Bachelor of Commerce graduate at Swinburne University and joins us as a Digital Marketing Graduate. He has previously had experience at a concept marketing consulting firm and in promotional material design. When he’s not link building at work, Levi enjoys being a foodie and movie buff, jogging and participating in Tough Mudder.
Chris Buchanan is our new Conversion Specialist. After studying locally in Graphic Arts and Multimedia Design, Chris started his career in magazine layouts. He then spent four years in Canada working in various areas of digital, creative and not for profit. When he moved back to Melbourne, Chris designed work for clients such as the Arts Centre, Sydney Opera House and Disney Australia. In his spare time, Chris enjoys travelling to new places and catching live music.
David Howard has more than 25 years experience developing and implementing integrated sales and marketing strategies for some of the worlds most successful brands, including Saab, BMW and TIME Magazine. He has a vast understanding of the need to achieve sales while continuing to build a strong brand. At ROI he draws on all of his experience to ensure that digital strategies developed for existing and new clients deliver on sales and marketing goals, and give a return on investment.
Ewan Watt thrives on helping others achieve success. Competitive by nature, he loves to win and enjoys seeing his customers win too! Since obtaining a Bachelor of Business Marketing in 1998, Ewan has worked with business owners and senior digital marketers. As the company's founder and director, he is inspired by the ROI team’s commitment to deliver leads to each and every customer. A keen Essendon supporter, Ewan tries to keep fit and enjoys time with his family.

Melinda Jennings is the lead content specialist for roi.com.au. She joined the company in early 2012 after completing a Bachelor of Journalism, and has since developed a skill for writing copy that is both engaging and beneficial to search marketing. Away from the keyboard, Mel's interests are in sports (especially watching her favourite team the Wallabies), film, music, and travel.
With over 5 years of experience, Sam Allen builds all of the websites for the ROI web team and some landing pages for our operations team. Outside work he enjoys food, games and ‘typical nerd stuff’, claiming to purposely play bad at office table tennis in order to let his colleagues win.
Melinda Le is currently a content specialist with aspirations to spin her thoughts and dreams into words. Trilingual with a marketing background, she loves hot chips and seeing small businesses sprout and grow. Away from her desk, Melinda makes a habit out of stalking pugs, dissecting movies and sporadic exercise to neutralise a self-destructive love for buffets.
With a background in graphic design, Genevieve is perfectly positioned to design conversion landing pages to act as lead generators for our clients. She loves all things design and enjoys blurring the lines between good design and a great user experience. Naturally drawn to all things creative, her spare time is spent baking, travelling and speedway racing.
Amber Cappelletti comes from a background in Games Design. However, joining roi.com.au in early 2014, she was given the opportunity to fulfil her true passion for web design. Amber loves her job and spends much of her spare time expanding her skillset; as well as making elaborate headpieces, travelling every corner of the globe and training in aerial acrobatics(!)
Dave Pocock enjoyed four years working as a Marketing Manager for a catering company in London before returning to Australia and joining roi.com.au as Accounts Manager in 2011. Being promoted to ROI Connect team leader in 2012, Dave’s success has been built on strong relationships with customers and driving solutions to help them grow through digital marketing. Dave has attended and presented at a number of large SEO and social conferences including Pubcon in Las Vegas.
