It tells the tale of a young girl who has a passion for reading and takes on the dangerous task of rescuing books from the piles of Nazi book burnings.  It is inspirational and highlights the power of passion and the ability of words to transform our world.  I have seen the movie and it is immensely moving, evoking a wide range of emotions.
