This is a bit of a go to recipe in our house. I love chunking it full of veg and my favourite filling is with salmon, but you could use ham or bacon. Feel free to swap around the veggies, you can really use what ever you like.
This orange cake is so easy it is a little bit crazy, it is super moist and will freeze really well iced and all. You could also make this into cupcakes if you wanted to (just remember to adjust the cooking times).
