You have to add this to your monthly rotation ⤵️ Ingredients: • 3 cups oats, quick or rolled • 1 cup any nuts or seeds • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp ginger powder • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/3 cup coconut or olive oil •1/3 cup maple syrup or honey (optional) ➡️ Mix everything together, then bake at 325F for 15 mins. Store in a jar & enjoy your fav way!!
