30min · 12 servings SNICKERZ BITES 🍫🥜 These are so so good! 🤤 You’ll only need 5 ingredients, no refined sugar and no oil... but gosh, they’re to die for! 😍 These bites got the perfect snack size and you’ll probably get obsessed with them hehe 😜 IMPORTANT 🔥 You can get now both my ebook, link for that is in my bio and in my story! • Much love • Maya 😇 • RECIPE (12 bites each 180cal/3P/20C/8F): • Date caramel: • -1 packed cup (190g) pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 10min) • -3 Tbsp nut butter • -a pinch of salt • Base: • -1/4 cup (75g) date caramel • -2/3 cup (75g) oat flour • Else: • -1/3 cup (60g) peanuts • -125g vegan chocolate • BLEND the date caramel until smooth/BLEND date caramel and oat flour until it’s a dough/layer everything and freeze for 1h/C

Vegan Picnic Bar
1.25 cups of vegan chocolate (about 200g) • 1/4 cup peanut butter • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil • 1.75 cups puffed quinoa • 1/2 cup salted peanuts • 1/2 cup raisins Optional extra drizzle of chocolate and nuts on the top 1️⃣ Put the quinoa on a baking tray and put in the oven at 170C fan for 5-6 mins to lightly toast (don’t skip this step as it makes the bars lovely and crunchy) • 2️⃣ Melt the chocolate with the nut butter and oil and fully combine, then pour in the quinoa, peanuts and raisins and stir to mix in • 3️⃣ Spoon the mix into an individual brownie tin and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours Keep in a sealed tub in the fridge

15min · 4 servings Ingredients 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut • 1 can sweetened coconut cream •10 ounce Dark chocolate Method Combine coconut n cream in a mixing bowl. Mix until we’ll combined and sticky. Form the mixture into rounded rectangles, using a spoon, they should be about 2 to 3 inches in length. Wet your hands for easier handling. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Melt the dark chocolate as per package instructions. The chocolate should be smooth and glossy. Dip each candy into chocolate until completely covered. Place on wire rack or parchment paper to harden. Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
