Adding weights to your body weight exercises is a great way to make your workout even more intense. No matter whether it is some gym equipment such as dumbbells kettlebells a barbell or simple things like stones books your laundry detergent etc... Today I taught Hot Iron for a change. Have you ever taken this class? It is a great full body workout with a barbell and stepper which gives your workout an extra kick:) I am a person I get bored very easily and in order for me to stick to something I need constant change. Therefor I love to change up my workout routine not just for progress purposes but also to keep myself motivated. What are some fun things you enjoy mixing in to your workouts?

I have nothing to add to this as this is so true. You will get there but only if you keep working on it. keep fighting for it keep dreaming big and keeping pishing yourself to the limits. Nothing comes easy but it sure wont get easier when you quit and have to restart every single time. It will be harder... It is Monday again guys the perfect day to start your week of strong and stick to your commitments. What are some goals and commitments you have set yourself for this week?
