TRIED & TESTED-Hot cross muffins- very yummy!Adapted the ingredients so that there was no added sugar, & also used milk with vinegar instead of buttermilk. Made 18 smaller muffins. Will definitely make again-& not just at Easter!
These traditional almond biscuits are a delicious Easter or Christmas treat (or any time of year really).
Hot cross buns are traditionally eaten during Easter, but these fruity spiced chocolate truffles look just like them and taste even better!
