I was playing round with a bit of green/blue screen tricks and then realised I could make edit out the blue in my gym mats. Trip! Anyone out there have any experience using a fabric green screen? I am finding the edit process tends to make my body slightly transparent and am wondering if the lighting is the main issue.. Seems there are heaps of technicalities to making a clean green screen! Advice much appreciated 🙏
I really shouldn’t even be trying this because I don’t have a solid, perfectly aligned, straight line handstand but was having a bit of a f&*k it moment. would not be impressed 😜. Learn all about handbalancing from him, he is the man.

I discovered my shoulders are absolutely just not as mobile as @alibaliasana or @hunterfitness with this back-bend-to-crab-bridge movement. I needed to widen my hands and drop my hips as I rotated my shoulders in the bridge. Sometimes I decide to use the gym and between sets start doing something like this, which often derails me from my planned workout.
