It's about all the various financial elements that go into a persons total salary or wage payment. Sometimes remuneration packages includes cars, or an airline lounge membership if you travel for work, or it can be company shares. Rem packages can be made up in lotsof different ways. L is for Leave entitlements. There are a lot more leave entitlements than people realise. It's not just annual leave and sick leave. In fact, we don't even call it sick leave anymore. Now it's called Personal Leave and can be split into either Sick or Carer Leave categories depending on why you're taking the leave.
