Stress can show up in many ways, we can have that brave face on and pretend that we can handle anything, and you probably can for an an amount of time... but your body will eventually let you know that it's stressed.   Take some time for you, do something nice for yourself and  fill your cup (not with wine or whiskey!)   Meditate, read a book, play some music, go for a walk, spend time with your pet or someone else's! Do what makes you feel good.
