Someone posted some time ago about how they prevented sharpies "walking" off by using plaster to keep the lids in place. No one wants to take a lid-less sharpie and it makes counting them easy. I made this over a month ago with 30 fine and 30 ultra fine sharpies. Number of lost sharpies since: zero. So thank you to whoever originally posted this idea.

I am going to do something similar to this in the spring but make the center higher.

Collect a number of recycled tires and paint them with children. After painting all tires, place them into the shape of a flower, add dirt and plants. Assist children with planting flowers and watering them afterwards. The tires can be sourced from home,
