Kuang Si Falls, Laos Don't go on a tour to these falls located in Luang Prabang. Hire a private tuk tuk driver instead. That's what @swedishnomad did! There was no rush to leave and you can enjoy the experience at your own pace! #travelintoliving - Where you find all the destination information you need, without sifting through pages and pages of blogs! WINNING! @laospictures
Vang Vieng, Laos Day 53: NOT IN THE GUIDE BOOK Instead of going to the touristy blue lagoon, head out to Blue Lagoon 2 and 3. There are no tourists there and it's amazingly beautiful. There are also rope swings and platforms to jump off! #travelintoliving - short, precise destination advice. No wordy blogs! @laospictures
Vang Vieng, Laos Day 54: When was the last time you did something for the first time?? TODAY! I went ziplining! It was 3km worth of fun, sun, good views and new experiences! Highly recommend it! #travelintoliving - use the geotagged map on our profile page to plan your route and get intinerary ideas. @laospictures
Vientiane, Laos Day: 51 While there's not too much to do here, I did find some amazing Vietnamese food at PVO restaurant. Vientiane is also a good place to get massages and enjoy the river views from rooftop hotels. The Buddah Park looked interesting, but I didn't make it there. Has anyone been? #travelintoliving @laospictures
Vang Vieng, Laos Day 55: Today was the day! I finally went tubing and it was everything everyone said it would be. Even though there are only 2 bars open per day now, they have organised games and heaps of fun stuff to do. Definitely leave before 2pm and make sure you have at least 1 hour to get down the river and back to the tube place to receive your deposit back! I took a waterproof bag and some drinks for the 'road'. #travelintoliving - destination advice to plan your trips…
Travel Tip If you're booking flights for 2 people, book aisle and window seats. If the middle seat doesn't get taken you'll have the row all to yourself! But if it does, just ask the person if they want to swap.
Luang Prabang, Laos Day 56: Mount Phousi is the ideal spot to watch sunset. Unfortunately today was pretty cloudless, but we still managed to get some great colours! #travelintoliving - short, precise destination advice. No wordy blogs! @laospictures
Luang Prabang, Laos Day 57: The night markets here are awesome! There is so much food to choose from and all really good prices. I highly recommend having the small pancake things that come in a leaf basket. Delish! #travelintoliving - use the geotagged map on our profile page to plan your route and get intinerary ideas. @laospictures
Kuang Si Falls, Laos Day 58: NOT IN THE GUIDE BOOK Get here at opening. Hire a tuk tuk for the day and spend all day here. Don't do a tour, it's not enough time. Pack a picnic lunch too and enjoy the beauty of this place! #travelintoliving - destination advice to plan your trips! @laospictures
Kuang Si Falls, Laos Day While you're here, walk right up to the top of the falls. There are some springs to swim in and a cave to visit. It's about one way, but so worth it. Time it so you're there at lunch time when the 'DJ' starts!
