I marinated one large chicken breast cut into thin strips, in YIAH Asian Olive Oil and YIAH Thai Green Curry dip mix for 30 minutes. Cut up red and yellow peppers, red onion, baby Shanghai bok choy and garlic. Stir fried the chicken in a little Asian Olive Oil. Removed chicken and cooked vegetables in remaining oil with a touch of Tamari sauce and tbsp of water. When crisp tender added cooked chicken. #yiah

Boil the ribs then marinade in Your Inspiration at Home Maple Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar and YIAH South African Meat Rub and olive oil. Then BBQ or bake.

Slow Cooker Roast Chicken  Layered the bottom of my crockpot with carrots, potatoes and onions seasoned with YIAH West Coast Fish Lemon Myrtle meat rub drizzled with YIAH Caramelized Balsamic Vinegar. Seasoned the chicken inside with the same meat rub and fresh herbs, fresh lemon and garlic. Alaska cod  Last night, I again experimented with our amazing products! I baked Wild Alaskan Cod. I lightly brushed both sides of the fish with the YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil and then generously sprinkled the top of each piece with YIAH West Coast Fish Lemon Myrtle meat rub.
