This looks so delicious! Unsweetened Banana slice 3 ripe bananas 1/3 cup coconut oil 4 eggs 1 tbsp Macca (optional, but good for thyroid) 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 cup tapioca flour 1 tbsp coconut flour Blend first five ingredients until smooth. Transfer liquid to mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, hand whisk until well combined. Line baking pan with paper. Pour batter in and spread out. Sprinkle with nut, seeds, nibs and/or coconut. Bake for 10 minutes.
