Cathy Thomson, I am a Registered Nurse and Midwife. I have my Cert III and IV in fitness and am qualified to teach multiple group fitness classes. I am passionate about group fitness and as Group Fitness Manager it is my honour to co-ordinate a fabulous team of dynamic instructors.
