Pasta e Cece
Inspired by the healthy dishes of the Mediterranean Blue Zones, this is my take on a very old-fashioned Italian classic. Literally, pasta & chick peas! Its so easy to make. Full of fanastic fibre, and super plant-based protein. It's vegan, wholefood, preservative, flavour and everything artificial free, and I also give you a GF option as well. It's a quick, cheap, nutritious weeknight meal.
