Seafood and cashew stir-fry
Slice squid open lengthways and use the tip of a small sharp knife to score a diamond pattern on the inside surface. Cut into 4cm pieces. In a bowl, combine flour and spice. Toss squid and prawns in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Honey prawn stir-fry
In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry prawns in 3 batches, for 3-4 minutes each, until cooked through (colour will change). Set aside on a plate, covered to keep warm. In same wok, stir-fry spring onion, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes until onion is tender.
Nasi goreng with cauliflower rice
We've given this traditional Indonesian dish a healthy update by switching out white rice for low-calorie cauliflower 'rice'. With lean chicken, fresh prawns and a variety of veg, this is one recipe you'll want to make again and again.
Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in same pan on high. Saute ginger and chilli for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add potatoes, cumin and mustard seeds, stirring for 1 minute. Mix in tomatoes and stock. Bring to the boil on high. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are just tender.
Ginger fish stir-fry
In a large wok or frying pan heat half oil on high. Stir-fry ginger and chilli for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl. Heat remaining oil on high. Toss fish in cornflour, shaking off excess. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Return ginger mixture to wok, stir though pak choy and spinach. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until pak choy begins to wilt.
Pea and smoked ham buckwheat risotto
Place chicken stock and ham hock into a large stockpot. Coarsely chop one of the onions and add to pot with carrots and parsley stalks. Bring to boil, covered, on high. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Remove ham hock from stock and set aside to cool. Strain stock, discarding solids.
Zucchini miso rice bowl
In a bowl, combine zucchini with marinade. In same frying pan, saute zucchini on medium, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes or until caramelised. Add onion and half the coriander. Season. Divide rice, sliced steak, zucchini, and radish between bowls. Top with remaining coriander and sesame seeds.
Fish and vegetable toss
Spray with oil. Stir-fry capsicum, onion, ginger garlic and chilli for 1-2 minutes until just tender. Add fish and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just cooked.
Lamb and tomato stir-fry
In same wok, heat remaining oil on high. Stir-fry onion, garlic and ginger for 1 minutes. Add capsicum and broccolini and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Mix in tomato.
Chana dhal with chutney yoghurt
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; cook onion, ginger and sugar, stirring, until soft. Add paste and spices; cook, stirring, until fragrant.
